Contact lenses cannot be exchanged or returned due to health and hygiene reasons unless the lenses are defective, in which case you must email us at email@example.com with images of the defective lenses. The lenses must be returned unopened, with the seal still intact in order for us to inform the manufacturers and request a replacement. This must be actioned upon within 2-3 working days of receiving your product(s).
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 – which replace the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us via email within 1 working day from the day you place your order.
As stated above notification of cancellation must be via email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
No right of cancellation exists for personalised goods (prescription lenses) or goods that are intimate in their nature or goods where there may be hygiene issues, unless defective.
If the incorrect/incomplete order has been sent, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve this promptly.
When ordering from our online store, you are confirming that you have consulted your eye care specialist and you are fully aware of how to use and care for soft contact lenses.
We cannot be held for damages due to inappropriate lens care. We can only accept returns if lenses are defective.
We cannot refund/replace any lenses if the customer changes their mind about the colour of the lenses after opening them.
We cannot refund any order if the lenses are not the appropriate fit, please check prior to ordering that the lenses are suitable for your use.
We cannot issue a refund if your package has been lost in transit. Where a package has been lost in transit, you will be able to claim compensation from the courier company.
