General information

Are the lenses safe to use?
All our lenses are 100% safe to use. They are FDA approved and compliant with ISO medical standards. We recommend all customers to consult with an eye care professional to ensure that contact lenses are suitable for wear. Please DO NOT keep lenses in overnight. We recommend customers to wear their contact lenses for a maximum of 8 hours a day, daily.

What is included in each lens box?
Each box contains one pair of lenses and a complimentary lens case. We do not provide lens solution with any of our lenses.

Do ANIISA® sell toric lenses?
Unfortunately, we don’t sell toric lenses at present.

When do my lenses expire?
The expiration date is written on the vial/blister of each lens. The expiration date refers to the saline solution in the vial/blister. Depending on the brand, our lenses last from 6 months to a year after opening – please check individual product descriptions to check the lifespan. Do not use lenses longer than the recommended period. The lifespan of the contact lenses depends on how they well they are cared for – we cannot take responsibility for misuse.

What’s the best colour lenses for me?
It all depends on personal preference. Everyone is unique and has a different eye colour, hair colour and skin tone, therefore what may suit one person, may not suit another. You can follow our social media links to get some inspiration. Feel free to tag us to get featured on our page 🙂

Can I sleep with my contact lenses on?
No. It is unadvisable to sleep with any type of contact lenses on as they restrict oxygen flow to your eyes. We would not recommend sharing contact lenses or swimming with them on either.

– Is it ‘one size fits all’ for contact lenses?
Not at all. Our lenses have different sizes of diameter and base curve. We recommend checking with your eye care specialist prior to purchasing lenses to ensure you purchase a suitable and comfortable fit.

Is the price for a pair of lenses (2) or a single lens (1)?
The price is for a pair of lenses.

Ordering and Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
It will take approximately 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped from our office. We ship orders from Monday – Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping.

Will I get customs charges/taxes?
International customers are responsible for paying any customs charges/taxes. The fees are paid to your local government, therefore we are not responsible for this charge. If you are unsure about what fees you may be charged, please contact your countries customs office.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Shipping varies depending on where the product is being sent to.

UK orders take approximately 3-5 working days.

International orders take 12-16 working days.

Please note, we are not responsible for delays due to the postal or customs service.

This excludes ALL prescription lenses as they take 4-6 weeks.

How long will it take for me to receive my prescription lenses?
All prescription lenses take 4-6 weeks as they are made to order. Prescription lens orders cannot be cancelled.

Wrong address and returned package
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have entered the shipping address in correctly. We try to process our orders as fast as possible therefore there is a small time gap to change your order/shipping address. If you want to change your shipping address, please email us at info@aniisa.com as soon as you have placed your order. We will try our best to change your order, however we can’t guarantee that changes will be able to be made. We urge customers to review their orders thoroughly beforehand.

Extra shipping charges
If your product was returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if no one was available to accept the package and in this case you would like a refund, you will not be refunded for the shipping fees. If you would like your order to be shipped again, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Have not received the product
All of our packages are sent with tracking including delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that your item has been delivered but you have not received your order, then we would advise you to contact your local courier to resolve the issue. We cannot be held responsible for your order once it has departed our office and is confirmed as delivered, as we no longer have control over it.

My package has got lost during transit
In the event that a customers package gets lost during transit, it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier to retrieve their parcel. We cannot be held responsible due to lost packages as this only happens due to an incorrect/insufficient delivery address.

My product has been damaged in transit
Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for damaged packages. We thoroughly check them before they leave our office. It is the couriers responsibility to ensure packages reach the customer intact, therefore if your product is damaged, please contact your courier as you will be eligible for compensation.
